My friend Chelsea gave me this colorful cheese-themed cook book to add to my collection of ephemera. It is a good thing I bought a Dutch-English dictionary at the Strand a few weeks ago in a wave of ambition. The best part may be the introduction with the little dancing cheesemaker. There is no date or publisher, leading me to believe it may have been printed by the Dutch government to encourage dairy consumption. My Cassell’s Dutch-English/ English-Dutch Dictionary has quite an extensive cheese word section. (A)
